APF Farming: A farming project started in 2016 training subsistence farmers to combat climate change and improve food security. The projects focus on composting fits well with the governments agricultural extension policy and recognised good practice. Some participants have been able to buy livestock with their increased incomes and offer food support to vulnerable people. Over the years the project has been extended to new areas. Those still outside project areas are keen for their communities to be included in future training.
