Marathon successes
Joel Morgan ran the London Marathon on 27 April, following the example of his father Dai Morgan who ran for OA in 2018. Joel ran with Welsh flag on his back! He started really well but later suffered under the hot sun that day, but got through to finish well to warm congratulations!
Ben Short ran the Brighton Marathon on 6 April, and did really well to cope with some earlier injuries and a weak knee, and get through to a successful end!
